What we collect

Surplus Secure collects only what you submit through our contact form on surplussecure.com: your first name, and a phone number and/or email address so we can reach you. We don't run analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on this site — nothing about your visit is collected unless you submit the form.

How it's used

Form submissions are relayed directly to attorney Kelli Meeks by email for case evaluation. We do not store submissions in a database on our own servers — the website itself holds nothing after your submission is relayed. Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry about recovering tax foreclosure surplus funds.

Cookies

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Submitting the contact form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check (a privacy-respecting alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs) to block automated spam, which may set a short-lived functional cookie as part of that check.

Retention

Because the website has no database, there's nothing here to "retain" beyond the moment your submission is relayed to Kelli's inbox. Any further retention of your information follows from the resulting email correspondence or, if you become a client, your case file — not from this website.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we have or to delete prior correspondence. Since the site itself stores nothing, we'll act on your request directly in email. Submit a request below, or email kelli@surplussecure.com directly.
